Radar Image

So I checked the radar map this morning when I saw that we might be in for some severe weather today, and this radar animation is what I found:


This may be the most interesting image that I have ever seen. I don't think I've ever seen such a large storm (actually, groups of storms) in such a circular arrangement. In any case, this should be interesting, if nothing else...

Hello, World!

In many computer programming courses, the first thing that you are taught to do is write the code for and compile a simple application that displays the text "Hello, World!" when it is run. So here it is, a simple "Hello, World!" post.

Why did I choose this site when there is a much more popular one for students at the University of St. Thomas? I like RSS feeds. Google is cool. I generally subscribe to the idea of elegance and simplicity. That's the reason you need Firefox!

What are you going to find here? As stated in the description, you'll find my musings, reflections, and rants. Maybe someday someone will make a book out of them (like someone once offered to collect some of my drawings and make a book of them).
